Due: 11:59 p.m. EST, Sunday of Unit 3 Points: 15 Overview: Now that your topic is assigned – you are on your way to learning more about it! For this first part of the course project, you will begin researching your topic and compile an APA style Annotated Bibliography. This step in the process of creating your final presentation will strengthen your skills in thinking more critically about the sources you are using in your research and in discovering what is being said about your topic. You may not use Wikipedia, About.com, Ask.com, or similar websites as references. Here are some helpful resources to get started:

• Purdue OWL • Annotated Bibliography Samples • APA Style Introduction

Instructions:

• Using APA style formatting, compile an Annotated Bibliography with at least three (3) different sources you will use to research and reference in your course project.

• Summarize the main findings described in the sources. • Explain how each source relates to your project topic.

Be sure to read the criteria by which your work will be evaluated before you write and again after you write. See the grading rubric below.
